Great for mums and little kids to fill in their mornings/afternoons. Nice little cafe to sit in and enjoy a coffee.
Also a park and bbq area out the front of the zoo that you can entertain kids at.
The reptile house is particularly good, and we enjoyed a funny and informative talk from Ambrose, a passionate keeper at this section.
The huge flocks of wild Long-Billed & Little Corellas on the grounds were fascinating to watch.
Most paths are readily accessible for prams and wheelchairs.
The onsite cafe served excellent coffee, making for a pleasant break during our visit.
